I had mixed feelings about my stay at Cubita Boutique Resort & Spa. The hotel itself is quite nice with comfortable rooms and a charming pool area, but the service ultimately left much to be desired. I faced issues with the staff's training, especially around the dining options, which made my experience frustrating at times.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were very clean and quiet, and I appreciated the great air conditioning. However, my minibar wasn't working, which was disappointing.
Service
6.0
Although the staff was polite, their training seemed inadequate. I experienced strange rules regarding food, like not being able to switch from toast to tortillas for breakfast without escalating the issue to the manager.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a little mall and just a short distance from a shopping area and restaurants. It gives off a lovely colonial vibe that I enjoyed.
Dining

The dining experience was decent, but I think it could be greatly improved. I was surprised by the fixed breakfast options and the fact that I was nearly served something unexpected, like beef hearts.
Facilities
6.0
I liked the facilities available, including laundry and tours/ticket assistance, which were quite helpful. However, the reception staff could use some improvement.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Cubita Boutique Resort & Spa. The hotel features a lovely open-air lobby and spacious rooms overlooking the pool, but I encountered several issues including broken fixtures and limited dining options. While the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was appealing, the service and maintenance definitely need improvement.

Rooms

My room was spacious and clean, but I had a broken safe and a glass shelf in the shower that couldn't be fixed during my stay. The bed was comfy, although the layout made it awkward to get in and out.
Service

The staff were friendly and helpful, which was a plus, but I often felt ignored since they seemed busy rushing around.

My room was cozy, but a bit cramped with just two double beds. It felt like it wasn't quite set up for three people, even though I was charged extra for an additional guest. A few amenities were missing, like washcloths and patio furniture.

The hotel is in a lovely area that reminds me of colonial times, surrounded by beautiful scenery. Plus, it was close to a supermarket, which was super convenient for picking up snacks and drinks.

Breakfast was included, but I found it to be just average. Some items were a bit cold, and I felt it lacked variety. The dining setup could definitely use some improvement to make it more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Cubita Boutique Resort & Spa for two nights and found it to be a charming destination. The beautiful grounds and lovely pool area certainly added to the allure. However, my experience was slightly marred by some issues in the room, including a broken hair dryer attachment and missing washcloths. Overall, it was a hidden gem worth visiting! 😍🌴

The room was small, suitable for two but cramped for three. I noticed issues like a broken hair dryer attachment and a lack of patio furniture which was disappointing.
